The Outline settings dialog is organized into panels.

Titles -- allows you to set the short and long titles for the outline, and provide a description. These values are available to templates in the CMS.

Font -- allows you to set the font, font-size and line-height in pixels of text when you're editing the outline in Fargo.

Encrypt -- has a single checkbox that says whether you want the content of this outline to be encrypted so that only you can read it.

CMS -- has settings for the content management system as it applies to this outline.

Overrides -- offers settings that are specific to this outline that override global settings.
