First-time, in text mode

• When the outliner boots up for the first time, for the first-time user, it is in text mode not structure mode.

• That means that insead of showing the bar cursor, we show a blinking caret cursor.

• This is more accurate. It's the first thing a first-time user should do. The software should invite the user to type. That's what the blinking caret says.

Moved the clock

• In the right sidebar, the clock moves below the version number. Looks a little more balanced, imho.
